Join Bryan Collin, founder of VAST Sound, for a Sunday afternoon of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, meditation, and transformation as we experience the healing effects of the Solfeggio Frequencies. This is an amplified performance, designed to activate sympathetic resonances in the body on a cellular level through the medium of sound waves. The benefits range from subtle to profound, and you are invited to come and see for yourself how vibrational therapy can benefit you. This event will be one hour long. Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring anything that makes you more comfortable, such as a pillow or blanket.
