A beginner-friendly class that offers the best of two worlds: the energizing warmth of Vinyasa and the deep, meditative release of Yin yoga. You'll begin with a gentle flow to warm the body and build energy, then transition into longer-held Yin poses that encourage deeper stretching and genuine relaxation. Your instructor will guide proper alignment and explain the benefits of each pose, helping you connect breath to movement throughout.
