Strength class uses free weights and bodyweight movements to work your whole body — with a specific focus on balance, flexibility, and the smaller stabilizing muscles that most workouts miss. Sessions are designed to complement your existing fitness routine (or kickstart a new one), and modifications are available throughout for all fitness levels.
