A rhythmic and intuitive flow class that draws inspiration from the natural energy of the moon's cycle — moving through sequences designed to cultivate awareness, release, and renewal. Moon Flow blends vinyasa with breathwork and moments of stillness, creating a practice that feels both energizing and deeply nourishing. Available to all levels. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At this time, we do not charge a cancellation or no-show fee. We are grateful to be able to offer this flexibility and hope to continue doing so as our community grows. We understand that life happens and circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, as classes become fuller, a late cancellation or no-show may prevent another member of our community from having the opportunity to attend. To help us best serve everyone: Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class or booking for a refund to be considered. Refunds are not guaranteed. Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least one hour before class whenever possible so that we have the opportunity to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. This policy may be updated in the future as needed to ensure we can continue providing the best possible experience for our entire community. Thank you for respecting our instructors, staff, and fellow community members by canceling or rescheduling as early as possible when you are unable to attend. Your consideration helps us continue to provide flexibility while making space for everyone who wants to join us.
