Bring your little one along with you and get a good workout in. The workout type changes week to week with a little pilates, a little strength training, sometimes a barre thrown in and a whole lot of fun. Kiddos play while grown ups move their bodies! Payment goes directly to the personal trainer and is paid on site through Zelle pay.
