This is a private mat pilates class for the women of The Garland Girlies Social Group! What to expect: -a 45 minute workout focusing on strength and toning -mat and props provided -meet some incredible women in your community -learn about what Into The Well has to offer What to bring: -wear clothes comfortable for moving, shoes will be removed for the class -a water bottle -your yoga mat (optional, if preferred)
