Crayon Meditation with Molly Bower
Exploring what's beneath
Service Description
Crayon Meditation is not an art class. It’s a body-led creative reset. Guided by local coach and creative facilitator Molly Bower, this 2-hour experience blends gentle movement, intuitive mark-making, and calming breath to help you release tension, rest your body and mind, and explore what lies beneath the surface of your daily life. This session’s theme invites us to look at roots and what’s underneath. With a horizon line drawn across the page as our guide, we’ll begin by marking what’s above the line—our immediate surroundings, the things calling for our attention day to day. Then, through guided prompts and mindful pacing, we’ll move downward, exploring deeper layers of the subconscious, the unseen, and the roots that quietly sustain us. No art skills are required—just curiosity and a willingness to show up. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more in tune with both what’s on the surface and what lives underneath. Perfect for yogis, deep feelers, and anyone craving space to land. 🎨 No art experience needed, all supplies provided 🧘 Movement is gentle and intuitive 👕 Wear floor-friendly clothes you can move comfortably in Event Details 🗓️ Sunday, October 26th 🕓 1-3pm 📍 Into the Well Collective · 604 W State St, Garland, TX 75040
