Crayon Meditation is a gentle guided experience that blends simple movement, mindfulness, and intuitive drawing to help you get out of your head and back into your body. This is not an art class. This is not a workout. It’s a space to let go, slow down, and create without pressure. We’ll begin with breath and movement to connect with the body. Then we’ll explore mark-making on a big piece of paper using crayons—guided by simple prompts that support curiosity, not perfection.
