Service Description

A collective meditation experience centered on the chakras, with a focused activation for each gathering. Each meditation begins with grounding breathwork, then deepens into chakra-focused practice supported by sound and subtle energy work woven throughout. October Focus: Crown Chakra and Root Chakra — uniting grounding and expansion. Participants will work with both stability and higher awareness, finding balance between rooted presence and spiritual connection as the season shifts.
