Heated Yin/Vin
Beginning with a gentle Vinyasa flow, you will warm up the body and build energy. Then transitioning into a calming Yin practice where poses are held for longer periods to encourage deeper stretching and relaxation. Throughout the class, the instructor provides guidance on proper alignment and explains benefits of each pose, helping students connect with their bodies while focusing on mindful breathing.

Incorporating free weights and body weight into full-body movement, Strength focuses on balance, flexibility, and accessory muscles. Open to all fitness levels.
